WHEN LIFE GETS LOUD, GOD GETS LOUDER.

Imagine being on a busy street, surrounded by people talking, cars honking, and music blasting. It’s so loud you can’t hear yourself think. That’s what life can feel like sometimes – overwhelming and noisy.

Gideon felt like that too. He was hiding in a winepress, scared and unsure what God wanted him to do. But God saw him and said, “Hey, Gideon, I’m with you. Go save Israel.” Gideon wasn’t sure, so he asked for a sign – a fleece, remember? And God showed up, big time.

Another person who felt overwhelmed at one point was Thomas, one of Jesus’ disciples. He doubted Jesus’ resurrection until he saw Him with his own eyes. Jesus showed up, and Thomas believed.

Today, maybe you are wearing Gideon’s shoes. You might be feeling uncertain too. Maybe you’re wondering if God is listening, if He cares about your struggles.
Or maybe you are in Thomas’s point of view regarding God’s love for you.
Here’s the thing: God is not silent. He’s not distant. He’s speaking, and He’s saying, “I see you, I hear you, and I’m with you.”

Life might be loud, but God’s voice is louder. He sees the real you, the one hiding behind fears and doubts. And He’s saying, “So you shall know that I am the LORD your God, Dwelling in Zion My holy mountain. .”Joel 3:17
He’s also telling you in Isaiah 43:1. fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine…

You are seen, you are heard, and you are loved. Celebrate Jesus’s love over you today!

I PRAY THAT YOU…

I pray that God sends his angels to shield you and shepherd you as you go about your day. I pray He covers you with His unfailing mercy and love, and that you continually feel His presence and take comfort from it. Amen.

As we entrust ourselves to the Lord, we are reminded of His unwavering commitment to our well-being. “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” – Psalm 91:11

Just as Jesus taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread” (Matthew 6:11), we are invited to bring our needs, our fears, and our gratitude to the Father, trusting in His provision and care. Like the apostle Paul, we can declare, “I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.” (2 Timothy 1:12)

As David, the psalmist, we can seek refuge in God’s presence, saying, “The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.” (Psalm 18:2) We are reminded that “The Lord will keep thee from all evil: he will preserve thy soul.” – Psalm 121:7

Jesus Himself assured us, “I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” (Matthew 28:20) This promise fills our hearts with hope and comfort, reminding us that we are never alone.

In times of uncertainty, we can echo the words of Isaiah, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” – Isaiah 43:2

“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” – Romans 8:38-39

May this prayer and these verses envelop you in the warmth of God’s unfailing mercy and love. May you feel His presence with you every step of the day, guiding you, comforting you, and empowering you to shine His light in the world.

“May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” – Numbers 6:24-26

Amen.

IS RESTING SAME AD RELAXING?

The Art of Relaxing vs The Art of Resting: Finding Balance in a Busy World

Resting is not the same as relaxing, and as a Christian believer, you should always be aware of the latter when it comes to waiting upon God. Knowing the difference is crucial, lest you fall into the same trap as Samson, the mighty judge who let his guard down and suffered a premature dismissal from his divine calling.

Samson, the son of Manoah, had everything going for him – a godly upbringing, incredible strength, and a clear calling from God (Judges 13:5). Yet, it was his ignorance in this area that led to his downfall. He took his calling for granted and embraced the deceitful art of relaxing before God, rather than resting and waiting upon Him.

Resting is waiting upon God, trusting in His perfect timing and plan. It’s not about doing nothing, but about being still and knowing that He is God (Psalm 46:10). In contrast, relaxing can be a subtle form of escapism, distracting us from the very purpose God has for our lives.

The story of creation in Genesis 1 illustrates this beautifully. After God created the heavens and the earth, He rested on the seventh day (Genesis 2:2-3). It wasn’t a day of relaxing, but a day of resting, sanctified by God as a holy day.

As Christians, we’re called to enter into God’s rest, just like Jesus did (Hebrews 4:10). Let’s not confuse resting with relaxing; instead, let’s prioritize waiting upon God, trusting that He will renew our strength and guide us through life’s challenges (Isaiah 40:31).

Let’s learn from Samson’s mistake and choose to rest in God’s presence, rather than relax in our own strength. May we be like Mary, who sat at Jesus’ feet, resting in His presence, rather than Martha, who was anxious about many things (Luke 10:38-42).

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, forgetting that our bodies and minds need time to recharge. But what exactly is the difference between relaxing and resting? Are they interchangeable terms, or is there a deeper meaning behind each?

Relaxing is often associated with activities that bring us joy and calmness, like reading a book, watching a movie, or taking a leisurely stroll. It’s a way to unwind and de-stress, but sometimes, it can be a form of escapism. Like King David, who often turned to music and worship to soothe his troubled soul (Psalm 23:4), we can use relaxation as a way to temporarily escape our worries.

On the other hand, resting is a deliberate act of surrendering to God’s presence and allowing Him to rejuvenate our souls. It’s not just about physical tiredness; it’s about acknowledging our limitations and trusting that God is in control. Jesus, our ultimate example, often withdrew to quiet places to rest and pray (Mark 1:35). He didn’t just relax; He rested in His Father’s presence.

The words of Jesus encourage us .. “come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). This verse highlights the importance of resting in God’s presence, trusting that He will refresh and rejuvenate us.

In conclusion, while relaxing can be a great way to unwind, let’s not forget the importance of resting in God’s presence. As Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am God.” May we learn to rest in His presence, trusting that He will renew our strength and guide us through life’s challenges.

THE MYSTERY OF GOD’S GENEROSITY!

PARABLE OF THE WORKERS IN THE VINEYARD TOLD FROM THE WORKERS PERSPECTIVE:

The Early Risers
I woke up before dawn, eager to find work. The vineyard needed laborers, and I needed a day’s wage. I arrived at the marketplace, one of the first in line. The landowner greeted me with a nod, “Follow me, I’ll pay you a denarius for the day.” I agreed, rolling up my sleeves, ready to work under the scorching sun.

The 9 am Crew
I was sweeping my stall, wrapping up the morning trade, when I noticed the vineyard workers still hiring. I joined the line, hoping for a chance. The landowner asked, “Want to work?” I nodded, and he said, “I’ll pay you a fair wage.” No complaints here – a job’s a job.

The Noon Crew
The morning heat was intense. I’d been searching for work for hours, but nothing panned out. As I passed the vineyard, I saw the landowner standing at the gate. “Hey, need a worker?” I asked. He looked me up and down, “Come on, I’ll pay you what’s fair.” Fair was fine by me.

The Late Afternoon Workers.
Just an hour left before sunset, and I’d been job hunting all day. The vineyard gate seemed like my last hope. The landowner saw my hesitation, “Need work?” he asked. “Just one hour, but I’ll give you a full day’s wage.” I didn’t argue – a denarius was more than I’d make all day.

The Payday Surprise.
As we lined up for pay, whispers spread – everyone was getting a full denarius, regardless of hours worked. The all-day crew grumbled, “Unfair!” But I thought, “Who am I to question generosity?”  The landowner’s smile was infectious, “My friend, I’m paying you what we agreed on. Isn’t it generous of me to do the same for those who worked less?”

Each of us, different hours, different stories, yet all received the same lavish gift. Not about what we earned, but about God’s generosity.

“JESUS FOUGHT ON MY BEHALF!”

“A Divine Encounter: Unveiling the Unseen”

As I recount that fateful Monday morning, I’m reminded of the profound truth that “The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O God, endures forever; Do not forsake the work of Your hands” (Psalm 138:8). I was rushing to college, feeling anxious about being late for my two-hour class. The public transport ride was uneventful, but as I stepped into the elevator, a sense of trepidation washed over me. The doors closed, and I was enveloped in an eerie silence, punctuated only by the hum of the machinery.

As I stood there, I noticed a faint scent of incense wafting through the air, and the temperature seemed to drop. Suddenly, the elevator jolted to a stop on the second floor, and the doors creaked open. A mysterious young man, clutching a long hosepipe, entered without a word. His eyes seemed to bore into my soul, and I felt a chill run down my spine.

But he wasn’t alone. A woman in a flowing black dress, her face obscured by a veil, slipped in beside him. She carried a small, ornate box, and her presence seemed to fill the elevator with an otherworldly energy. I tried to glance away, but my eyes were drawn to the box, which seemed to be pulsing with a malevolent power.

As the elevator resumed its ascent, I felt a gentle whisper in my spirit, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10). The strangers’ presence seemed to fade into the background as I focused on the comforting words of Scripture.

But just as I was starting to feel at ease, the elevator lurched violently, and the lights flickered. The woman’s veil blew back, revealing a face that was both beautiful and terrifying. Her eyes glinted with a supernatural intensity, and I felt a sense of dread wash over me.

The man with the hosepipe raised his hand, and the elevator came to a stop. The woman spoke in a low, husky voice, “You are not alone, Christine. We have been watching you.” I felt a surge of fear, but I remembered the words of Psalm 23, “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.”

I looked up, and the woman’s eyes seemed to bore into my soul. She screamed, “You’re killing me with your eyes! You’re resisting us!” Her voice was like a knife cutting through the air, and the elevator seemed to shake with her rage. The man with the hosepipe raised his hand, and the woman vanished into thin air, leaving behind a faint scent of smoke and a sense of unease.

As I approached my classroom, I realized I needed to freshen up. The ladies’ room, however, proved to be a new arena for spiritual warfare. I pushed open the door, and a chill ran down my spine. The room was dark, except for a faint light coming from the corner. And then I saw him – the man with the hosepipe, standing in the corner, his eyes fixed on me with an unnerving intensity.

I tried to scream, but my voice was frozen in my throat. The man began to move towards me, his hosepipe raised high. I felt a wave of fear wash over me, and I stumbled backwards, trying to escape. But it was too late. The man was upon me, and everything went black.

When I came to, I was lying outside the washroom, my head pounding with pain. My Bible was open beside me, and I felt a sense of peace wash over me. The Lord had fought and won the battle on my behalf. I was unharmed, and the man with the hosepipe was gone.

As I stumbled out of the building, I was met by a group of security guards, who looked at me with a mixture of concern and suspicion. “Miss, what are you doing here?” one of them asked, eyeing the fire station behind me. I looked around, trying to get my bearings. Where was I? This wasn’t the college apartments. I was supposed to be heading back to my room after class.

“I…I don’t know,” I stammered, feeling a growing sense of unease. The guards exchanged a look, and one of them spoke into his radio, “We have a lost student here. Can someone come and escort her back to her dorm?”

As I waited, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. The fire station loomed behind me, its red doors seeming to pulse with a malevolent energy. I felt a shiver run down my spine, and I knew that I was not alone.

Reflecting on that harrowing experience, I’m convinced that God is real, and His presence is tangible. As the Psalmist wrote, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1). I’m grateful for the divine intervention that saved me from the snares of the enemy.

If you’re facing challenges, remember that “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves the crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). Don’t be afraid to reach out for help, and trust in the Lord’s unfailing love.

P.S. But the questions linger – how did I end up in a fire station? And what happened to the elevator? I was sure I took the elevator to the fifth floor… but the building only has three floors. And what about the hosepipe man? Was he a ghost, a demon, or something else entirely? The mystery deepens, and I can’t help but wonder what other secrets the Lord has in store for me.

“A STORMY REFUGE.”

A Divine Shift: Embracing Your True Identity
Perhaps the narrative of Akia, the Maasai warrior, doesn’t resonate with your current life’s trajectory. Maybe the majestic lion with its fiery mane, a symbol of courage and strength, seems worlds apart from the stresses and struggles you face daily. You might perceive yourself as a focused individual, living in the present, grounded in your faith and upbringing. Yet, I pose to you, dear friend, are you truly living the life you were meant to live?
As it is written, “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10)
You may have been born into a family of faith, with Scripture woven into the fabric of your being, but I ask, are you truly embracing your divine purpose? Are you allowing God’s Word to guide you, or are you merely going through the motions?
“Chill,” as you would say, for today, December 1st, 2025, marks a new chapter in your journey. God is poised to revolutionize your story, to unleash a metamorphosis that will leave you breathless.
Fear not, dear one, for God is not intimidated by your past, present, or future. He is the God of redemption, of second chances, and of new beginnings.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
The path of righteousness is not for the faint of heart; it demands courage, resilience, and unwavering faith. The Kingdom of God belongs to the bold, the “violent” ones who will stop at nothing to claim their inheritance.
Just as Akia, the Maasai warrior, embodies the spirit of a fighter, you too carry the DNA of a champion. It’s time to tap into that inner strength, to manifest the knowledge that you are a child of God, an heir to His Kingdom.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)
So, I ask, will you join me on this journey of self-discovery, of embracing your true identity, and of unleashing your God-given potential? Will you dare to believe that you are capable of overcoming any obstacle, of achieving greatness, and of living a life that glorifies God?
If so, I invite you to like, comment, and share this post, and let’s embark on this journey together!

As the sun rises over the savannah, Akia stands tall, a true warrior. She’s a Maasai woman, strong and resilient. But this isn’t just any day. This is the day she gave birth in the bush, alone. Her husband, Kofi, had travelled to a far-off kingdom, leaving her to tend to their land.

As labour pains intensified, Akia sought refuge in the bush. With no one by her side, she bravely welcomed her little one into the world. Just like Isaiah 43:2 says, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.”

But danger lurks nearby – a hungry predator, eyes fixed on the vulnerable pair. Akia remembers Psalm 121:7-8, “The Lord will keep you from all harm— He will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”

Will Akia’s strength be enough to protect her child? Will God’s promise of protection be enough to save them?

THE

Chapter 1 – “Call the Driver” (Expanded)

I WILL CALL UPON THE LORD, WHO IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED; SO SHALL I BE SAVED FROM MY ENEMIES.
You don’t have to wait till your problems weigh you down to the grave.

Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. (Isaiah  55:6)

I was elbow‑deep in suds, the kitchen humming with the ordinary rhythm of a busy mom, when the lights flickered and a cold draft slipped through the open window. The plate I’d been polishing hovered for a heartbeat, then fell with a soft clink onto the counter. My breath caught.

From the doorway a man in a weather‑worn coat stood, his eyes amber‑bright, as if a candle burned behind them. Before I could utter a word, he lifted a finger and whispered, “Call the driver.” The words seemed to echo inside my skull, pulling at something deeper than fear.

He stepped forward, and the floorboards beneath him sang a low, resonant tone. In an instant the kitchen dissolved. I stood on a dusty road lined with olive trees, the scent of incense thick in the air. A small, ancient chapel rose at the end of the lane, its wooden doors open to a warm, golden light that pulsed like a heartbeat.

A carriage drawn by white horses waited, its driver cloaked in light, his face hidden but his presence undeniably holy. The stranger—now smiling—raised his hand, and the vision snapped back to my kitchen as quickly as it had begun. The plate hovered again, this time a few inches above the sink, rotating slowly as if caught in a gentle wind.

My heart hammered. “Who are you?” I whispered, voice trembling.

He didn’t answer. Instead, a soft chime rang from the hallway, and the kitchen door swung shut on its own. The tap was still running, water spilling over the edge, but the sound seemed distant, as if muffled by a veil.
The Phone That Wouldn’t Stay Silent.

The phone on the counter began to vibrate. I lunged for it, but the screen stayed black. When I finally managed to swipe, a single word glowed: “TRUST.”

Before I could react, the phone rang again—this time a clear, melodic voice filled the room:

“You have been heard. Follow the road you are on, and you will find the path I have prepared.”

The line went dead, but the words lingered, echoing off the kitchen cabinets like a promise.
The Hidden Message
While I stared at the silent phone, a soft rustle came from the pantry. I turned to see the door slightly ajar, a thin sliver of light spilling out. Inside, among the canned beans, lay an old leather‑bound journal, its pages yellowed with age. I pulled it out, and the first line was written in a hand I recognized—my grandmother’s:

“When the driver calls, remember the bell that never tolls for the faithful.”

A sudden chill ran down my spine. I remembered the silver bell that had appeared on the hallway floor moments before. I reached for it, and as my fingers brushed the metal, a warm pulse traveled up my arm, and a vision flashed: a young woman in a simple dress, eyes bright, standing before a congregation, her hands raised in prayer. The congregation’s faces were blurred, but one figure stood out—a man in a coat identical to the stranger’s, his hand outstretched toward a child holding a broken toy. The child’s tears turned to laughter as the toy repaired itself, and a soft voice whispered, “He is the Driver.”

The vision shattered, and I was back in the kitchen, the bell still humming faintly in my palm.
The Unexpected Guest
Just then, the front door burst open. Matthew staggered in, drenched from an unexpected downpour, his coat dripping onto the floor. In his hand he clheld a cramped, weather‑worn envelope addressed to me. He thrust it forward, eyes wide.

“I found this on the seat of the taxi that brought me home. The driver—he said it was for you. He vanished before I could thank him.”

Inside the envelope lay a single, pristine white card with a simple inscription: “The road awaits. – D.”

My mind raced. The driver, the stranger, the bell, the journal—all converging in a single, bewildering moment. I felt a gentle pressure on my shoulder, as if an unseen hand were reassuring me.
The Storm Outside
A sudden crack of thunder rattled the windows, and rain hammered the roof like a frantic drumbeat. The power flickered, and the kitchen lights dimmed to a soft amber glow. In that dimness, the silhouette of a figure appeared in the doorway—taller than any man, draped in a cloak of shadows, its face obscured.

A low, resonant voice echoed, “You have called, but the journey has only begun.”

Before I could respond, a brilliant flash of light split the darkness, and the figure dissolved into a cascade of golden particles that settled on the floor like dust. In their place lay a small wooden cross, its surface etched with the words “Fear not, for I am with you.”

My breath caught. The cross felt warm against my palm, and a wave of peace washed over me, quieting the storm both inside and out.
The Final Call
The phone rang once more, this time a familiar ringtone—my mother’s voice. I answered, and she laughed, “I just heard the most amazing story about a driver and a bell. Thought you’d like to know that the church across town is having a prayer meeting tonight. They’re praying for… well, for you.”

I stared at the cross, the bell, the journal, and the card, feeling the weight of each mystery. The kitchen, once just a place of chores, had become a threshold between the ordinary and the miraculous.

I whispered, “Lord, I call upon You. Be my Driver.”

The lights steadied, the rain softened, and a gentle breeze slipped through the open window, carrying with it the faint scent of lilies and a promise that no matter how tangled the road, the One who calls us is always steering.
Psalm 46:1 – “God is our refuge and strength, an ever‑present help in trouble.”

Psalm 50:15 – “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.”
I have added a handful of new twists: the mysterious journal, the hidden bell, the supernatural storm, the shadowy figure, the wooden cross, and a final divine invitation. The coming chapter now promises to feel richer, with each revelation deepening the mystery while reinforcing the central Christian theme of trusting God’s guidance.

ALLOW GOD TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

I WILL CALL UPON THE LORD, WHO IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED; SO SHALL I BE SAVED FROM MY ENEMIES.
You don’t have to wait till your problems weigh you down to the grave. (Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. Isaiah 55:6)

There was a lot to be done and I was so determined to finish all my house chores were it not for the awful distraction! See, I was busy in the kitchen cleaning the dishes, my eyes were literally focused on cleaning them sparkling clean when from nowhere I noticed someone standing in front on my kitchen window. Before I could open my mouth to voice out my concerns to him, he looked straight at my hands and at all the plate I was holding and commanded me with a firm yet low tone to call the driver. So I was like, “who are you again?” “ which driver?” “what are you talking about?” I mean, I had all sorts of question to ask that strange man yet my voice couldn’t just come out. I had temporarily lost my ability to speak and I wasn’t aware of it. No sooner had he appeared than he left. I gathered all my courage and hurriedly went outside to see if I confront the stranger only to find him gone and completely disappeared from sight.
Standing at the main door in total shock and disbelief, my phone’s ringing was what snapped my soundness of mind back to reality. I slowly shut the door and proceeded to go answer the phone which was ringing from the bedroom. I was about to give in to the urge of returning outside which was pulling me so strong just to go see if the strange man would by any chance surface except for the beckoning of the phone’s ringing! As if the strange man’s ordeal was not enough, just when I was about to receive the phone call the ringing suddenly stopped. I picked up my phone to see who the caller was to call them back but sadly enough it was from an UNKNOWN caller ah, and I was unable to call them back. By this time my head had had enough drama. This was not the usual me, creating room for random and hell-bent spiritual attacks, at least not for that day! I mean, how much worse could it get. I was running out of time. I needed to finish my house chores on time and make lunch for my kid lest they return from school during their lunch break and find lunch not ready. I did not want to disappoint them again for the third time this week. I was at the brick of a severe emotional break down and the last thing I needed was a demonic push. I just couldn’t handle it. Enough was enough. The whole idea of my kids eating home-made meals was entirely mine because my husband was totally against it.
As a stay-at-home mother I was so determined to cook for my kids and I could afford the time and energy for it. I had vowed to my husband, Matthew that our kids will no longer experience any more food poising at my watch. We had tried transferring them to different schools but this too failed us terribly. The school diets were failing our now preschool twin boys and we were counting losses with unnecessary hospital visits every month. Now you see why at this present time and era I chose to go the old school way and have my boys come home for lunch.  Back to my bedroom scene, I checked on my bedside California- timepiece and noticed that I needed to stop with all the absent- mindedness and the imaginary building of castles for hire and get quick with what I was cleaning back in the kitchen.

I left the bedroom door half way open for fresh air supply to walk in as well as for my usual room exposure to free ventilation, a decision I regret to this day! I went to the kitchen and immediately got busy with finishing the remainder of the dishes as there was not that much left to clean on the sink. When I finally finished with the dish cleaning, I left them on the rack to dry and without knowing it so happened that I left the water tap running! I turned to check the fridge for what to prepare for my kids and completely forgot about the running tap! There was not that much to do with in the fridge so I proceeded to check my freezer meals again having forgotten to close the fridge doors! I was lucky enough to find some frozen lunch enough for the boys and at least I could afford a fraction of a smile! Though it was not what the boys had ordered for lunch, I was relieved that I was not going to feed them ugali and milk (cornmeal and milk) as was my norm. I was not all that bothered with the thawing process because I am a pro when it comes to short-cut means.
Thinking I had removed the frozen food, it so happened that I got distracted with all the frozen desserts smiling right back at me. How happy I was to my rising to that occasion! What a blessed decision!  I left the frozen food right inside the freezer without knowing and proceeded to satisfy my already salivating-mouth’s desire and let the Neapolitan ice cream slurp me well. With the frozen dessert melting in my mouth, my legs beautifully stretched on the coffee table, I decided to make a quick call just to check on my husband. I was aware that his return flight was delayed due to the bad weather experienced in German and I figured that by my local time he is still stranded in Gurshaizer City. That’s why I decided to check on him as well as cheer him up. I dialed his number and to my surprise my phone indicated that my husband was within town. That was impossible. How could his number read that he is in town and I was expecting him to arrive later in the night. I canceled and dialed again but it was the the same in fact this time he received and he was all happy that I was calling him. I was busy talking on phone that I did not notice him open the door and enter in. My husband had not just returned but this time he decided to return in style. A style of pulling my leg! He was just so off when it came to surprising me and lucky enough that is who I happily said I do to. I warmly welcomed him home and it was quite obvious that we were both excited to see each other after him being away for his two years business trip! My joy was at a place that could not be reached, and in a degree surpassing the excellence of gladness. I happy, I was delighted, I was bliss and allowed him to carry his bags to room as well as freshen up while I went to ready something quick for his arrival. Remember I mentioned earlier that I left our bedroom door half open for fresh air to walk in, well it did that and more of which I leave room for your imagination!
I was in the middle of juicing the oranges when I felt a sharp pain on my shoulder.  I tried ignoring it but noticed that my right hand was starting to judder and disturb me as well. Everything was moving so fast and before I could yell for my husband to come help me, my whole body was shaking and sweating. My body was in so much pain for unknown reasons and as I desperately opened my mouth to call on my husband’s name, all that my mouth could utter was the name “Jesus.’
The screaming was so awkward that I just had to shake Emma to wake her from whatever dream she was in. I mean here I was unable to sleep the entire flight from Qatari and my seatmate here was not only sleeping but was able to indulge in musing fantasies? Though Emma had a lot of explaining for me, to be honest, I woke her up just to let her know that the plane was about to land. I just didn’t want her to miss it.
I mean I love seeing the inspiration of awe on her all grown face every descending moment. How much our daughter enjoys her landing moments is still filled with some awing awesomeness to Matthew and I as Emma’s parents!

There are things God is waiting eagerly for us to bring to Him as Our Heavenly Father. We don’t have to wait until those things choke us down to the grave because by then we will have no strength to even call Him.
In John 10 : 14 Jesus said, “I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.
In Genesis 16 we read the story of Hagar, an Egyptian maidservant to Sarah…verse 13 reads…( then she -Hagar called the name of the LORD who spoke to her. You-Are-the-God-Who-Sees;  for she said,”Have I also here seen Him who sees me?’Hagar was at the brick of her mental breakdown and she found it best to call on the name of the LORD. PSALM 50:15 “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.”
Who do you call upon in your day of trouble?

YOUR STORY WILL CHANGE FOR YOUR GOOD!!!

Have you ever wondered why Elijah was not initially hesitant to lie to Ben-Hadad king of Syria? Sickness is not a sweet thing! In 2 Kings of 8:7-10..
“.. Elisha went to Damascus, and Ben-Hadad king of Syria was sick; and it was told him, saying, “The man of God has come here.” And the king said to Hazael, “Take a present in your hand, and go to meet the man of God, and inquire of the LORD by him, saying, ‘Shall I recover from this disease?’ ”
So Hazael went to meet him and took a present with him, of every good thing of Damascus, forty camel-loads; and he came and stood before him, and said, “Your son Ben-Hadad king of Syria has sent me to you, saying, ‘Shall I recover from this disease?’ ”
And Elisha said to him, “Go, say to him, ‘You shall certainly recover.’ However the LORD has shown me that he will really die.”” Sickness brings lose, sorrow, death, curse, and sickness denys and hides the truth of The Word of God!
The best and only true thing one can do to help the one who is sick is pray for them and pray with them. ” Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
Another scenario is in 1 Kings 14:1- ” At that time Abijah the son of Jeroboam became sick.
And Jeroboam said to his wife, “Please arise, and disguise yourself, that they may not recognize you as the wife of Jeroboam, and go to Shiloh. Indeed, Ahijah the prophet is there, who told me that I would be king over this people. Also take with you ten loaves, some cakes, and a jar of honey, and go to him; he will tell you what will become of the child.” And Jeroboam’s wife did so; she arose and went to Shiloh, and came to the house of Ahijah. But Ahijah could not see, for his eyes were glazed by reason of his age. Now the LORD had said to Ahijah, “Here is the wife of Jeroboam, coming to ask you something about her son, for he is sick. Thus and thus you shall say to her; for it will be, when she comes in, that she will pretend to be another woman.” And so it was, when Ahijah heard the sound of her footsteps as she came through the door, he said, “Come in, wife of Jeroboam. Why do you pretend to be another person? For I have been sent to you with bad news. Go, tell Jeroboam, ‘Thus says the LORD God of Israel: “Because I exalted you from among the people, and made you ruler over My people Israel, and tore the kingdom away from the house of David, and gave it to you; and yet you have not been as My servant David, who kept My commandments and who followed Me with all his heart, to do only what was right in My eyes; but you have done more evil than all who were before you, for you have gone and made for yourself other gods and molded images to provoke Me to anger, and have cast Me behind your back—therefore behold! I will bring disaster on the house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam every male in Israel, bond and free; I will take away the remnant of the house of Jeroboam, as one takes away refuse until it is all gone.
The dogs shall eat whoever belongs to Jeroboam and dies in the city, and the birds of the air shall eat whoever dies in the field; for the LORD has spoken!” ’ Arise therefore, go to your own house. When your feet enter the city, the child shall die. And all Israel shall mourn for him and bury him, for he is the only one of Jeroboam who shall come to the grave, because in him there is found something good toward the LORD God of Israel in the house of Jeroboam.. “
Sickness is not something you can wish for someone not even to your own enemy.

MORE OF CHRIST JESUS IN ME!

THE BLOOD OF JESUS IS REAL AND ACTIVE IN ME!
I’m so happy to be me!
It is much more realistic that way rather than be busy about somebody else who is busy imitating somebody else who looks like somebody I know who always looks up to this “perfect person” who is always competing to perfect their complex image so that they can match up with the world’s moulded expectations that have an imperfect image to what a really perfect human being should be looking like because many expect somebody to be more like some known personality who is still figuring who they really are!
I wouldn’t want to be anybody else because if I am busy about somebody else the blessings released for me can easily go to the “wrong address”

Aaaash!!
I AM SO HAPPY TO BE ME!
I AM BLESSED TO BE ME!
I AM GRATEFUL TO BE ME!
I AM PROUD TO BE ME!
I LOVE TO BE ME!
I ACCEPT TO BE ME!
I AM COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO LET OTHERS LOVE ME!
I ALWAYS PRAY THAT OTHERS ARE BLESSED EVEN THROUGH ME!
I AM GROWING EVERY DAY TO BE THE ME THAT GOD WANTS ME TO BE!
I CAME TO BE ME!
I AM LIVING ME BECAUSE HE WHO IS IN ME IS GREATER THAN HE WHO IS IN THE WORLD.
I AM POTENTIAL THREAT TO THAT WHICH STANDS AGAINST ME!
I LIVE, I MOVE, I WIN, I GIVE, I RECEIVE, I HEAL AND I SEE THROUGH CHRIST WHO IS breathing AND SHOUTING GREATNESS IN ME AND THROUGH ME!
I AM ME!
It is a pleasure!

Meet me!
